The Minister of Training, Adamu Adamu has revealed that he had no clue concerning the instructional sector when President Muhammadu Buhari first appointed him in 2015.

The Minister disclosed this at a valedictory session with officers and heads of parastatals of the Ministry on Thursday, Might 25.
