Nigerian musician, Nonso Amadi has revealed why Wizkid and Burna Boy cannot do his kind of music.
Amadi admitted that the duo are his supply of inspiration.
He said this within the newest episode of the Afrobeats Podcast hosted by Shopsydoo.
The ‘Tonight’ crooner mentioned, “I’m not making the identical music as Burna Boy and Wizkid and others. I’m making music that I like. I’m impressed and influenced by them however there’s a Nonso Amadi that anyone can.”
He mentioned he isn’t attempting to be a reproduction of any established artist, including that he has been constructing his personal distinctive musical model and character.
He suggested younger artistes to keep away from being copycats, stressing that they should stand out.
